Food has been arranged with everyone else donating $5.00 for adults, $7.50 for a couple and $1.00 for kids is a steal. If by some miracle we show a profit the proceeds will go toward the Air Show deficit. HOWEVER, WE NEED TO KNOW IF YOU ARE COMING SO WE CAN BUY ENOUGH FOOD AND DRINKS FOR EVERYBODY…
On the menu is smoked brisket, fried turkey and other goodies.
This is a family event, everyone is invited!
If you are coming, please respond by e-mailing rsvp@flycorcs.com with how many people you’re planning to bring. The deadline to respond is June 27th (1 week before the 4th).

As for your question about your membership, you should call Jerry Church. His phone # is 364-7915 (I think), find out if he has your frequency pin or if it’s waiting for you at the field. Other than that, there’s nothing for you to receive or do, other than go fly!
There is a club meeting tomorrow night at the field, so you’re welcome to show up and introduce yourself and speak to Jerry or Scott in person.
I would help you further but I am out of town for the rest of the week attending a conference for work.

The Navy’s Blue Angels and the Army’s Golden Knights will be in town to perform this weekend at Tinker AFB’s Star Spangled Salute. Everything from aerobatics (Sukhois, Extras, Pitts) to WW2 warbirds (P-51, B-25, P-47) to modern fighters are scheduled to appear.
